Payment policies
Prices include every costs until the product reach your hands (except local taxes when applicable). We use Stripe for credit cards payments.
Shipping policies
All shipments are from Lima, Peru. Our courier is DHL.
As soon as shipped, you will receive the DHL tracking number and be able to track your parcel.
We assume all costs (but local import or sales taxes in case it applies).
Returns and exchange details
Even if it is unlikely to happen, in case your product shows some damage or default, please send us a picture(s) at sales@ducoteduparc.com
Your complain will receive an answer in 3 working days at max.
1) Damages : a new item will be send to replace the damaged one,
2) Wrong item : we will pick it up at your home and deliver another one.
Note that any complain has to be raised less than 72 hours after the product has been delivered to be acceptable.
In case of returns or exchanges, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The item is returned to our workshop at the following address:

Your data is not shared with anybody.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
